• Cancellation Before Access: Full refunds are available for digital products if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before the product has been accessed or downloaded.
• After Access: Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer a refund once a workshop or digital resource has been accessed or downloaded.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading our content, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, offering a replacement or a refund if we are unable to provide a solution.

Workshop Cancellations

• By Us: In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another workshop.
• By You: If you need to cancel your workshop registration, we offer a full refund up to 7 days before the workshop start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will not be refunded.
